Universiti Malaya concerns about the welfare of students in obtaining scholarships, financial assistances, and loans so that students can continue their studies despite economic burdens.
Thus, we are pleased to invite full-time undergraduate students to apply scholarships, financial assistances, and loans offered by government, private and statutory body agencies as followings:
The PTPTN Education Loan Scheme was established for the purpose of providing educational loans to students pursuing studies at local Higher Education Institutions (IPT). This education loan will allow students to finance all or part of their tuition fees and living expenses throughout their period of study.

Sukacita dimaklumkan bahawa Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang telah menyediakan peruntukan Bantuan Pendaftaran Pelajar ke Institut Pengajian Tinggi (iBITA) berjumlah RM1,000.00 bagi (Universiti di Semenanjung), RM1,200.00 bagi (Universiti di Sabah atau Sarawak) dan RM300.00 bagi (Politeknik Malaysia). Tujuan bantuan ini diberikan adalah untuk meringankan kos perbelanjaan pendaftaran khususnya kepada pelajar-pelajar sesi kemasukan pertama ke Institut Pengajian Tinggi (IPT) tertakluk kepada syarat-syarat yang telah ditetapkan.
